关于IRB

Herzing大学’s 院校检讨委员会 (IRB) is an administrative body established to provide research support and oversight for the ethical acquisition of knowledge and to protect the rights and welfare of human research subjects. All proposed studies conducted under the auspices of Herzing大学 or involving Herzing大学 students, faculty, or other employees must be submitted to and approved by the IRB. The IRB is responsible for the approval of all protocols involving one or more human subjects to ensure compliance with, and fulfillment of: (1) the policies contained in the IRB document entitled “Guidelines for Researchers” (2) the U.S. Department of 卫生与公共服务部 Office of Human Research Protections’ 院校检讨委员会 Guidebook (hereafter, HHS OHRP IRB Guidelines); and (3) federal and state regulations related to research with human subjects or studies accessing protected health information.
